Room rental fee is $450.00
$50.00 bar service fee up to 100 guests, $100.00 for over 100 guests. (Payable directly to the Knights of Columbus)
All functions are booked on a 4-hour basis. Additional function hours are at the discretion of the Knights of Columbus, payable at the time of the event, and will be $150.00 per hour. Additional setup hours must be approved in advance and will be billed at a rate of $75.00 an hour.
You, the client, are responsible for the disposal of all decorations brought into the facility. Anything left behind after the event will be disposed of at the discretion of the Knights of Columbus. The use of small confetti, fog machines and open flames is strictly prohibited.
Absolutely no outside alcohol of any kind is allowed to be brought into the facility, failure to comply with this will result in immediate termination of this contract and no refunds will be offered.
